i saw the obgyn this morning. my aunt and cousin came with me as my parents are both out of town for work. i love my obgyn she is lovely and i never feel rushed or brushed off. so told her what had been happening and she did a scan.
Coco is growing nicely. it has a face! and "he' was moving his legs around. omg i just want to cry thinking about it. 'he' had a good heart rate of 159bpm. the obgyn said its a nice big baby. right away my eyes buldged and i had to check what she meant by "big" baby haha. she just meant he was growing well but i was suddenly like, what? big already! argh!
as for the bleeding, well there is still a subchorionic haematoma (SCH). it is quite visable on the ultrasound. it can make me bleed again at any time. they apparently call it 'threatened miscarriage' which doesnt mean i WILL miscarry. got everything crossed. there are other complications associated with SCH but for now we're just going to take each week at a time.
we have a plan for the next bleed which feels good. Its so hard sitting at home not knowing what to do and not knowing if theres more i should be doing.
oh, i have lost 3.2 kilos since the last obgyn appt, and have had no morning sickness. this baby is good for me in so many ways haha
have booked in the NT scan, and blood tests. 2 weeks.
Hope my little coco can keep on hanging in there and keep growing strong.
