NT Scan

made it to 12 weeks! yay. saw the obgyn. weight and observations still doing well. then in to have the NT scan to match with my blood tests. My uterus had contracted (braxton hicks) and so with a full bladder she couldnt see anything. tried and tried. then i pee'd and emptied the bladder hoping it would give coco room to move. nope. another 15 mins of poking and moving but the contraction didnt ease. finally after a total of 40 minutes we got the measurements we needed. we didnt get many good pics because coco couldnt move, but we saw his arms waving at us, legs kicking and feet and hands all normal. eveyrthing seems to be going well for now. the subchorionic haematoma is still present. i was hoping it would have been absorbed and i wouldnt have to worry about it any further. not to be, but i am happy to know its not stopping coco from growing appropriately. strong heart beat at 150bpm. went back in to see obgyn, and got the good news that my bloods were very low and the measurements even lower. so i am very low risk of downs and trisomy defects. its just one less thing to worry about.
just going to keep praying for my little Coco, keep growing my precious hubby!!!

So at this stage we dont know if it will go or what effect it will have. hopefully Coco stays strong. the SCH doesn't seem to be affecting his growth so for now they arent concerned. just monitoring, and checking coco with every single bleed.
