bleeding from everywhere

so for once i didnt have bag.bleeding. my nose bleeds have increased again and last night i had 3 massive ones right before i laid in bed to sleep. i woke up suddenly to race to the bathroom to vomit. blood . so much blood. then realised my nose was bleeding again. I must have had blood run down the back of my throat and in to the stomach causing me to vomit blood. i knew why but it was still really scary! my mind is screaming "youre going to die" haha. then coughed up some blood clots and of course more nose bleed. lots more dry retching what a horrid night. feeling so tired and sick today. just need some sleep, and no more nose bleeds please!
pretty long and scary night. hope it doesnt repeat itself
