cooking a big baby. today's confirmation!

Today i went to my OBGYN for a check up and for the weight scan. Got some great pics of bub, she has a very chubby face... she has her dads big lips (which im in love with already). she is posterior which we suspected because my braxton hicks have gotten very strong and the only position i can find to make me comfortable is on hands and knees. now i know why! and to the all important... the weight. at 35 weeks 5 days she is weighing in at 7pound 4ounces or 3.299kgs! WOAH. obgyn says that if i go full terms she'll be over 10pounds. i knew she was big in there. confirmation. glad that she is healthy and big though :) otherwise everything looks normal, just love hearing those words! not long now til i get to meet her! mum came today and we were both so happy and couldnt sotp looking at her, and i cried lol.

 | Comment from Lozie84 » Posted Sep. 9, 2013 9:59pm i dont know about being induced. its up to me, but at this stage im not planning anything. just see what happens naturally. im a big, tall girl with nice big hips so im thinking i'll be ok. although i need to repack her hospital bag with the next size up clothes haha. Glad you ladies are having big healthy babies too!! SO CLOSE to meeting our bubs. xx |
