Elevated Blood Flow in unbilical cord???

I recently went and had an ultrasound at 29 weeks pregnant. It was the biophysical test. This is my 3rd pregnancy and with all of them I have NEVER had any problems at all. So it came as a shock to me when they told me that my baby was a little underweight (but still in the 38th percentile) and that her blood flow was elevated in the umbilical cord. He tried to explain it to me but I could not comprehend at all. So now I am worrying, although that doesnt help.it motivated me to go ahead and start trying to get my short term disability set up just in case something happens!
