Day two of Raspberry tea

Yesterday was the first day of raspberry leaf tea. No contractions but felt mildly crampy. That is a common feeling anyway. Been drinking raspberry tea (not the stuff made of leaves) before yesterday. Had a doctors appt today and am 1 cm dilated. Long soft cervix. Having one cup tonight to see how it goes. Been feeling more cramp like today. Hips really hurt and baby's head is low according to the doctor.
