Insomnia

For the past few nights, I will wake up in the middle of the night. I usuallly wander aimlessly around the house. I usually have to get up to use the bathroom or I have an insane hunger pain. I usually grab an orange, maybe some milk and continue to be awake.
Last night was no different. I went to bed later than usual because we are visiting family. About three hours later, I woke up. I think maybe it was the heartburn due to the glass of orange juice I drank right before bed - my oldest craving - but I was up until almost 4 in the morning. And look, here I am sharing this story at 7:30. YUCK!
Hopefully this insomnia will kick out soon - I usually don't have time to nap during the day!
