Spotting after BM

Just wanted to document this. After heading to the bathroom this morning, I noticed light pink blood on TP. Went 'digging' (TMI) and saw a lot more. Brown/pink/discharge mix. DH wanted me to call the doc and let him know. I knew what she was going to say. No cramps, no problem basically and to monitor the bleeding. I was more annoyed than anything to put on a pantyliner this morning. A few streaks of brown, but I suppose it was just after the BM. I don't remember pushing hard? I don't think i'm actively bleeding, i'm pretty sure it's just left over as it's brown. My mind is playing tricks on me. I can't tell if i'm starting to cramp or not. I have a headache. I don't know, i think something is wrong. We will see what tomorrow brings, we have our 12 week appointment on Friday. Hopefully both babies are okay.
