NOW I start feeling pregnant?

Will be 12 weeks tomorrow. It all started yesterday evening with a headache. Came home from work, did dishes, husband made dinner, and the headache was gone. I chalked it up to not eating...maybe. I wake up this morning at 3am with this nauseated feeling plus the headache. I also canNOT for the life of me find a good position to fall back asleep. After finally going back to bed I woke up at my normal time feeling fine. Tired, but fine. Trying to get dinner ready, I swear I started to sweat and breath heavily. I sit down for a while, make other dinner arrangements and head to dry my hair. Ya know the feeling when you don't feel good and the last thing you want to do is have hot air blow near your face? Well lets just say my hair was damp this morning at best. I felt like crap. David suggested I eat and drink something. I did. The headache went, but i still felt like crap. Just ate a bigger breakfast. No more headache, but all i want to do is take a nap in my car. I've went through 3 months of not having one pregnancy symptom. Can this be the start of it? Should I be worried? Have our 12 week u/s on Friday. Only time will tell. What makes matters more interesting is that I have my sister and mother coming into town tomorrow for a long-ish weekend. For their sake, i hope everything turns out okay.
