Sushi and running...
By kewtiful » Posted Apr. 25, 2015 12:26am - 366 views - 0 comments

They took my blood early today and waiting on the result...but its the weekend so won't be until monday. Haven't had any really sick feeling yet...just extreme tiredness and lethargy mixed with lowered appetite. I have lost 3 lbs sso far. Seems like a repeat of my last experience haha...I lost 8lbs first tri the last time around...maybe i'll lose that or more? I could use a little loss more before I get big n fat again hahaha

I'm 132 lbs now....which is same weight as previous pregnancy before preg starting weight! Let's see what happens...

Went to the gym...ran...but couldn't keep my heart rate too low, even with running slower. I love to run and I don't see how running with average heart rate of 150-160 is all that bad. I have just been making sure it stays below 170...which my highest was 167 so that's good.

I picked up sushi after the gym...no worries, no swordfish or tuna! My Dr says raw sushi is completely safe and actually safer than deli meat or poultry to consume. I knew this last time around too. Just have to avoid certain types of fish and farmed fish from China especially where they raise the fish up in polluted rivers and lakes. Yuck. I had already been avoiding those fish anyway. I shop @ Whole Foods and typically get farmed salmon from norway..that way I'm sure my salmon aren't dining on microplastics in the ocean.

So we ate dinner and both of us fell asleep on the couches....at around 11 he wakes up and wakes me up swearing and telling me to get away from him. He has weird episodes like this and I think he has the sleep disorder RBD. “RBD is characterized by the acting out of dreams that are vivid, intense, and violent. Dream-enacting behaviors include talking, yelling, punching, kicking, sitting, jumping from bed, arm flailing, and grabbing. An acute form may occur during withdrawal from alcohol or sedative-hypnotic drugs.” So....some nights I'm nervous what will happen. Ugh. He needs to seek help soon for all these medical conditions of his that have started to crop up. Worried about them.
I need to start taking belly pics again soon!
