Good News and Not So Good News

I had my first doctors appointment yesterday. I was able to see my baby bouncing around inside me! It took forever to get a measurement on it because of how much it was moving! I loved it! Super super happy! The good news is my baby is right on track and is very healthy. The not so good news is I took my 1 hour glucose test and the average results are 70-129 mg/dl my result was a whopping 225! Holy shit! I had GD with my first pregnancy but not with my second or third and I never got a positive result this early. I'm 10w6days. UGHHHHHHH Fx its a fluke test and that I pass the three hour test but my intuition says otherwise.
