37 Week Appointment

I went in for my 37 week appointment today. Last week I was 1cm dilated and the doctor asked me today if I wanted to be checked. I told her yes, because I was really hoping to a little more dilated. NO SUCH LUCK! I'm still a "tight" 1cm and I am not effaced at all and my cervix is still high. She said it looks like I might be pregnant for a while longer. Needless to say, that's not exactly what I wanted to hear today. But I am thanful that the baby is doing well. She has a healthy hearbeat and is growing right on track!!
