transvaginal us findings, to be or not to be concerned

So I just read my us trans vag results done at 6w5d and I'm totally freaking out! Not only do I have a 1.5 cm corpus luteal cyst but I ALSO have a subchronic bleed! I'm so upset because I had this us done at thw ER and no one bothered to mention this to me! I've done some research and it can go either way. Im a lil anxious now because I have yet made my first prenatal app thanks tp my severe morning sickness. What if something happens? Please if anyone can give me some insight I would be very appreciative!
