38 Weeks - It's been an eventful few weeks!

Today, I am just over 38 weeks and feeling tired and frustrated!
I've been getting a lot of backache, peeing all the time, can't sleep at night, Braxton hicks everyday and starting to get stronger. I also lost my mucous plug last week. It had been coming away bit by bit over a week or two.
I am getting very frustrated that nothing has happened yet. This is my 4th and final baby and just want to meet our little boy.
My bump is huge, bigger than my other children and I have NEW stretch marks that just keep coming lol My belly button is trying to pop out too. It's kinda one sided at the moment. I don't think it will fully pop out, I've always come close to having an outy in pregnancy but just not close enough :( Also my SPD is getting worse and I'm finding it difficult to get around. I can't take my kids to school or go shopping. The best I can do is around the house and up n down the stairs to pee. Even that takes me a while. I just want this pregnancy to be over now, I'm done!!
We are all ready for him, we have everything we need although I still haven't packed my labour bag yet! Prob should get onto that lol
My first child was 8 days early, my 2nd was 4 weeks early and my 3rd was a few days overdue! It's anyone's guess really when this little one will arrive. I really hope I don't go over again, I can't handle much more of this pregnancy.
At 36 weeks after we got home from 2 weeks at my parents holiday home, I was admitted to hosp with extreme upper right sided pain and vomiting. Omg it was agony, I was put on Iv fluids, Iv antibiotics and given anti sickness injections into my bottom regularly, ouch!
I had blood tests and a scan of gallbladder, liver and kidneys.
Blood tests showed slightly raised liver levels and white blood cell levels but scan showed nothing. The thought it was gallstones and then said no and kept pumping me full of fluids and antibiotics.
By now I was on my millionth bag of fluids after 5 days in hosp and still no answers!
My ketones were 4+ the whole time, even with fluids and a bit of food.
I got so frustrated with my care, I discharged myself. Prob wasn't the best idea as I was still a bit weak.
A week after discharging myself (around 37 weeks), I was a bit better but still in extreme pain and now I was getting blood in my pee and when I wiped. I saw my local doctor who tested my urine, which showed high levels of blood but no sign of infection. This really puzzled him so he sent me to the day unit at the hospital to get checked.
When I went there, they did all their checks and put me on the monitor for a bit to check Buba, he was fine and very active as usual. Apparently all of my symptoms fitted with a kidney stone/s. I couldn't believe it. The doctor said I could go home and rest, drink plenty of fluids and take paracetamol for the pain. 2-3 days later, the pain went from my side to my front and then disappeared. I couldn't stop peeing throughout this time! I will say this though, I've never had kidney stones before let alone while pregnant, but omg was it painful!! I was so ill and in so much pain. My husband has been a life saver and been there for me all the way through, from helping me move about to cooking meals and doing housework. I don't know where I'd be without him!
Anyway, I only have less than 2 weeks to go, I hope!
Fingers crossed it will be a nice smooth labour, sometime soon lol
