Measuring Large for Dates!

I haven't been feeling myself for the past week or so. As I had physiotherapy at the hospital yesterday, I thought I'd better pop into the Maternity Day Assessment Unit just to be checked over and make sure everything was ok.
I have a history of pre term labour from 25 weeks onwards and I'm 27 weeks tomorrow. Anyway, for the past week I've had tightenings that have been intensifying, had some pinky discharge on weds and a lot of backache and pressure.
They were quite happy to check me over considering my history, which was great. The midwife checked my urine which had a trace of Protien. She then measured my bump and she was a little shocked. I measured 32 weeks not nearly 27 weeks as I should be! I already feel huge and it's putting pressure on my SPD. I'm already walking around on crutches :( I am worried he will be biggest baby yet. The midwife at the unit reckons around 8 pounds by the time I have our baby boy. Ouch! I've put on 5.5kg so far, don't know what that is in pounds or anything. Quite a bit of weight gain. I'm worried if I'm large for dates, will I need more scans?
Anyway, they did all the tests and put me on the monitor for a while. I had quite a few tightenings ranging 2 in every 10 mins but only lasted and hr or so. They quite quickly disappeared and I was discharged home shortly after. Alfie was a totally fidget while I was on the ctg monitor. They couldn't get a decent trace of his heartbeat, as he couldn't stay still! The midwife had to keep coming in the room every 10 - 15 mins to readjust the monitor lol He is a very active baby and is constantly moving.
Tomorrow I will be 27 weeks, finally I will enter the 3rd Trimester, Yay!!
The final hurdle has arrived. As much as I LOVE being pregnant, I can't wait for it to be over already lol
I next see my own midwife on 1st July at 28 weeks, I was going to talk to her about being quite large already. We also have an appointment on the 11th July with the paediatric clinic, to see a dr about Alfie's unilateral talipes (Clubfoot on one foot). On top of all that I have physio every 2 weeks! Busy busy busy :( I really just can't wait for the 28th July, when we go away on holiday, to my parents seaside home for 2 weeks. Can't wait to relax!
