I dont feel right

Something has not sat with me right this whole pregnancy. I just dont feel like I should. With my daughter I went into a set of contractions that was similar to labour for about half an hour around 23 weeks and then after that had mild contractions on and off until I went into real labour at 40 weeks. I've started feeling crampy but not full out contraction yet but the feelings are getting similar. I can't get comfortable tonight and I feel restless and achy in my stomach. I am really hoping I don't have to limit myself like I did with my daughter but if this keeps up I won't be able to walk/stand for more than 20 minutes again :( This ache is worrying me tonight I am alone with my daughter and have no one to call if something starts to happen right now.
