Morning sickness returning

I have only gained 6 pounds this pregnancy. That was after losing about the same amount. My nausea is now returning and I am back to throwing up. I can't have anything warm to drink or it comes up right away. My lower back and hips are in a lot of pain Ivar refuses to leave my pelvis and likes to kick my lower back. I am in pain almost every day and it's just getting worse now the heavier he becomes. I am so tired of getting sick. The only thing that I haven't tried for throwing up is Zofran but I refuse to take it since it has not be fully decided and safe or not due to not enough results. I could never forgive myself if I took the drug and was one of the few people who had it affect the baby.
