After our landlord giving us an eviction notice and then telling me over the phone it is an inspection notice we are now looking to buy a house. My mom is most likely able to gift us the down payment for a mobile home and we have an appt at the bank tomorrow for preapproval for a mortgage. I am so excited right now I can't wait. I want this so bad. All I have ever wanted is a house and a happy family.
It's only a cheap mobile home but it's so much bigger than what we have and it would be ours. I am praying so hard we get the approval tomorrow then we can look at the places and hopefully get one of them.
