preterm labour

Got moved last night to different hospital. Ultrasound showed cervix is funneling and 2.5 cm long. Last night I was 2cm dilated. I am now on hospital bed rest until further notice. Have my last steroid shot tonight and then sit and pray. Fetal swab last night was + for preterm.
He measures on track now and roughly weighs 3 pounds 10 oz. Hope he stays in there longer.
Preterm contractions do not feel like full term. Its more of a squeezing stomach ache than actually painful and if my back didn't hurt too I would never have gone in until late last night.
