Insomnia and anxiety

Was up at 4.30am mucking out my pony could NOT get back to sleep, feel breathless and anxious, probably because I'm so tired! It's a viscous circle at the mo! Won't get to nap later either as DH working and it's too nice a day not to take my 3 year old out and about. Hopefully get a good night sleep tonight -_- zz
