Can't stop eating!!

I feel huge already but I really cannot stop eating! I'm hungry all the time and I mean tummy growling to be fed. I've not suffered any sickness yet other than feeling slightly nauseous because I'm so hungry! I'm trying to eat healthy, but between the fruit, yoghurt and salad are biscuits, crisps and cake :-/ I really hope the hungry feeling will die down in the next few weeks otherwise I'm going to look like a house end.. Got a booking in app at the hospital tomoz so will ask if this is normal!
