Cumin and Acids

This child does not like Cumin - why, I can't even begin to imagine, as I loved Cumin with a passion before I was pregnant, but there you have it - nor is s/he particularly fond of anything acidic/citrus. Oh, we can eat it all more or less fine, but the stomach complaints afterwards make it abundantly clear that the Sprout wants none of that.
I'm more or less over my cold now, just need to clear my nose and throat of the remaining mucus that wants to smother me to death. Here's hoping I don't cough myself vomiting.
Also, I'm starting to finally see what may actually be the start of my baby-bump. Looking back at pictures, I've observed how my stomach used to dip in when I was laying flat... now, it's just about level with my ribcage. If things continue to progress at this rate, I should have something more defined come 12 weeks.
By the time I see the midwife, I'll be 9 weeks and some 3 days pregnant. I'm hoping that they will be able to confirm that, which would be nice. I'm getting really excited to see the first scan pictures.

LOL I also know how you feel about the waiting game. I'm constantly checking people's pages to see if there is something new and exciting to see. Hang in there! |

I've checked out you pictures and want to post some of my own but I can't figure out how to do it. I click on the picture to select it and that is as far as it goes. It never posts it for me. I'm looking forward to hearing about your appointment with your midwife seeing that mine isn't until 3 weeks after yours! I'll have to live vicariously through everybody else until then! |
