No sleep

I am still early, in my opinion, not even 13 weeks yet, but I already have a large enough belly that complete strangers have asked me if its boy or girl yet, or when am I due?
I completely outgrew all my pants 2 weeks ago, and my maternity pants with the large band, which i thought I would hate, are my favorites! Even a lot of my t shirts are getting a little too tight, and pulling up at the bottom, uhg.
Now that you have an idea, my biggest complaint at the moment is sleep. I cannot get comfortable to save my life. I am tossing and turning all night long. I feel ridiculous, because this is my second, and I was a pillow goddess, and managed to get decent sleep with my first. This one, however, pulls my spine sideways, and so I twist in my sleep, and wake up in cramps and pain, and even sometimes need my husband to help me move!!
I can already see that this one is carrying forward, all belly, and with my son I was a wide load, and little belly.
Today I was told by 2 friend, a mother of 4, and a mother of 2, that air mattresses are the way to go! I told my hubby I am going to get one tomorrow. He just smiled and said go ahead. Smart man, well trained. I really hope it helps. Any other ideas from anyone would be welcomed! Pillows just arent doing it for me. I thought about maybe getting a wedge?

A wedge pillow was a must for me! I just used down pillows between my legs and behind my back, so I was still able to be partly on my back or stomach. I couldn't sleep on my side the whole night.
