Saturday Lazy Day (out of order recounting of the day)

This pic is from Friday morning, but it doesn't matter. We were in or on bed for much of the day today. It was windy outside. It rained some. It's February. We went out shopping and for a late lunch/early dinner, but it still feels like we hardly left the bedroom. DS played with all of our electronics today. He was on both of our phones, my Surface, DH's Xbox, and watching parts of 2 VHS tapes on his little TV. Oh, the screen time... Even during my "nap" late this morning, I was inundated with sounds of DH playing video games and DS running in and out of our room craving out attentions. I simultaneously dreamed, drooled, and yelled at my family for being too disruptive while Mommy was sleeping. At "lunner" I ate fresh bread with butter, fresh shrimp spring rolls, the most delicious salmon, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Thank goodness for Cheesecake Factory giftcards. It was worth the wait. I was thankful to drown my headache with a small cup of coffee after my "nap." I cleaned dishes and an exceptionally poopy bottom, I carried DS when he was being a pill while we were out or was just plain tired. I teared up watching Katy Perry's Firework music video and belted out "Let It Go" twice with DS this evening. I helped DH unlock achievements. I ate candy. I took selfies of my tummy in the bathroom mirror. Yes, it was a typical Saturday. No, I didn't fold and put away all the laundry, nor did I sort out paperwork piling up on my desk again. Yes, I'm still tired, and will probably not go to bed early enough again tonight. And I wonder why it's so hard to get anything done.
