Last day of week 17. Tomorrow I'm 17 wk 0 d. Hurray! I like numbers far too much. I feel like this week is the sit-up-and-take-notice, the-belly-is-popping-out week. I guess it makes sense. This happened around 5-6 months with DS. Why shouldn't it be 4 months with new baby? I mean, I already stretched myself out a few years ago, the young stomach muscles that held me in back then, are more than willing to give earlier this time around. The assistant director at DS's daycare called me out on the belly on Thursday night. That was one day after that guy congratulated me in the break room at work. I'm not wearing the same shirt everyday, so there must be something more distinctive about the belly underneath the shirts. "Let me take a selfie." Okay, girlies, you don't have to read all my JEs, especially if I'm posting too much too often. This post just seemed to be a stand-on-it's-own kind of thing, therefore it is separate from my lazy Saturday meanderings.
