We announced my pregnancy today to friends, family, and acquaintances. I'm only five weeks, and we had planned to wait until the second trimester, but we didn't. We decided together to celebrate this life for however long I have this little baby growing inside of me.
I've had two miscarriages so that decision was not an easy one. My first miscarriage was around 6/7 weeks. My second was earlier: a chemical pregnancy. After those two miscarriages, I got pregnant again. I now have an eighteen-month-old daughter. Now, I'm pregnant again, and praying for another successful pregnancy.
I haven't even been to the doctor yet. The only proof I have of my pregnancy is my positive hpt and the constipation and nausea that won't leave. Praying for this baby to continue growing.

We announced early on because of the same reason, we had a miscarriage and figured if we lost this one too we wanted to be able to celebrate the time we did have with him. So far, this pregnancy is going great... Wishing you all the best!! |
