...or maybe this is just a bad day. Its waves of nausea. Just enough for me to feel ucky but not enough to feel like I'm going to throw up. I guess I should make getting saltine crackers and ginger ale on the top of my list of to do's.

Comment from CrystalB88 » Posted Jun. 5, 2015 2:33pm Hope it isn't starting for you already. I've had waves of nausea the past couple days so far myself...
Comment from Kate0406 » Posted Jun. 3, 2015 9:42am I wish I could have lemonade.. Too much sugar. I'm insulin resistant so I'm trying to stay away from too much sugar.. And I have PCOS a double whammy. Funny enough this time around I'm not even craving sweets.. Except for orange juice & I get the 50% less sugar kind. Yummy. So far today no nausea.
Comment from MalPal85 » Posted Jun. 3, 2015 9:01am I agree with the crackers and ginger ale. Sometimes if I try just something that's not water it helps me a little too (like lemonade) because I am sooooooooooooooo sick of water. For me, the nausea comes and goes so hopefully it's not setting in for you and you are just having one of those days! Good luck!

Comment from thomasanddawnxoxo » Posted Jun. 2, 2015 4:13pm Good luck! I had terrible sickness with my son. To the point I would dry heave until my stomach muscles hurt! I have been pretty lucky so far this time. Hope the best for you and your little bean |
