It should be all day sickness not morning sickness..

Well it was from 12pm-3pm I could expect it but now it is ALL day. Out of two pregnancies I can honestly say this is the worse. I wonder if it will get worse or stay the same. Crackers help a little. I've been drinking tons of water.. Ginger ale doesn't really help and it's usually my go to. I get hungry for food and when I eat I'm immediately sickened by what I'm eating or I lose interest. I really hope this ends in 6 weeks. Any advice of what you did that helped please let me know.. I'm trying to get rest but with two little boys they have me on the run pretty much constantly.

Naps seem to make it worse. I read it a because sleep slows digestion even more... I use tic tacs and they've always seemed to help nausea of any sort. I drink hot ginger tea also. Goldfish crackers seem better, they are not as dry when trying to nibble on something. Sprite does seem to do good when burned out on ginger ale...

I had sprite today and it helped. Also got lemon for lemon water.. Also peppermints.. I'm willing to try anything. It has been ALL day..it even woke me up from my nap. Nothing like waking up feeling like your going to lose your cookies. Glad you are feeling better.

I'm taking B6 now, hoping it will help before it gets bad... it doesn't help with stomach bugs though, apparently... Had one all day yesterday that I thought was morning sickness at first but diarrhea, stomach cramps, body aches, and slight fever gave the bug away. Kind of relieved, I don't think I could take that everyday if it were morning sickness lol... I pray no morning sickness is ever that bad!!!! Feel a bit better today, so yeah, bug...

I use sea bands a lot, not too many women I know has tried them. I might try the unisom if regular B6 doesn't work. There's a newer medicine called Declgsis that your doc can prescribe also.

I've heard a lot of ppl that use B6 I didn't know if it actually worked. I might try. I feel miserable.

I was so sick, I lost weight from not eating, or it not staying down. My nurse told me to take Unisom tablet at night with a b6 vitamin, and it "should work all the next day" which it helped a lot, but I still got sick in the afternoon. They did eventually put me on the prescription version of that, with similar results.
If you want to try it, it did help me a lot! Good luck! I did stop taking it at 14 weeks and am 98% nausea free!
