My first OB Appointment!

Everything is ok with the baby! He/she is measuring a week a head though at 13w 2 day however since I'm curtain of when I ovulated we are keeping my due date of Feb 4th. babys heart was at 163bpm! I didn't see the heartbeat at first and I got really scared but because she had froze it to take a measurement of course i saw no flicker but then i saw it and got to listen to his heart beat pounding away. I got pretty emotional! He/she is perfect! I did get the harmony test so I will know in a few weeks if everything is ok with him/her and the gender. The ob will send the gender in a card so that I don't find out over the phone. I want to look at the card with my kids and husband. baby must have been sleeping because he/she was just flouting there.. but had such long legs!
have any of you been measured a week more then you thought but yet you had the same due date? I've never had that happen! Love to all!

My water broke at 39w0d without any contractions or signs of labor. I am 100% certain of when she was conceived and implanted down to the hour because I did ivf. Be prepared, your little one may make an early appearance too! |
