Baby scan

After talking with my DR i found out baby is healthy. Good heart, brain and organs. HB was at 145. He was a little above average for growth which is fine. That just means he is thriving in the womb! He has really long arms and legs which I knew from my 12 week ultrasound. I go tomorrow to another ultrasound to see if we can get his face to make sure everything is alright there. He was very happy with a head down, butt up in the air position. I'm so thankful that he is doing well and healthy. I just told Jonathon as much as we wanted a girl at the beginning, when they rechecked to make sure the harmony test was correct I was so happy it was correct. I've bonded with this baby as a boy and I'm completely satisfied. Jonathon of course would have loved if it was wrong but you can't change DNA! I'm just relieved that baby is healthy!
Cool moment was when he was putting his hands in his mouth and then would slightly show his face and then quickly go back to a head down position. As if he was teasing us! We needed that face picture!

 | Comment from pbc910 » Posted Sep. 23, 2015 1:08pm Mine were incredibly cooperative for the anatomy scan but ever since, they don't want to behave for us. Our baby girl has long legs and always measures a week or so ahead for femur length while everything else is right on schedule. Maybe she;ll be tall like her mom. |
