I was able to get a profile pic..but tech was so rude

Here is baby Jace at 21 weeks. the ultrasound tech was pretty rude for what ever reason. she asked me why I was there to get another ultrasound if I got my scan yesterday(this is a different clinic) I said because we were not able to get his face or a profile picture. She asked "is this just for you or..." I told her no, my DR wants pictures so she can make sure everything with his face is ok.. She told me in a rude voice well if he was head down yesterday he prob isnt going to be any different today, but i'll try. I felt like yelling at her... my insurance is paying for you to "try" so get busy! she had the screen turned so I couldn't see much. She ended up getting a profile picture but nothing straight on because the baby was in too much of odd position. I left there defiantly aggravated by my experience. I've been there before and never had an issue. way to take the joy out of being able to see my son!

My baby wouldn't show his/her profile and they made me come back for two more ultrasounds until they finally got it. My doctor said they want to see the profile so they can check for cleft lip/palate. It wasn't just an idle request to make me happy. |
