early scan at 6 weeks

so yesterday I had a early scan at 6w 2 days, the scan took a over 40 mins to do and a very long time to find a heart beat =/
they said I was earlier then what I had thought which was strange as I know when I oved due to temping and I got positive HPT at 11dpo so would of implanted maybe 4 days before that.
then they said I was right with my dates and I was 6weeks but had only just found a very small flicker of a heart beat so not too sure what to think of this info.
today I was really ill and I had the worst panic attack then later on I started to bleed so will have to book to go back to the EPU =(
