Anatomy Scan Next Week

I am so thrilled to be having my anatomy scan, only a week from today! I will be 18 weeks pregnant. My second ultrasound, but first level 2 scan. I really would like to find out the gender. I've had some doctors who acted offended by my asking about finding out the gender so I'm really worried that they won't tell me. Either way I'm excited to know if the baby is doing well.
We're also finding out if the baby has pyloric stenosis ( a birth defect in the stomach that runs in the father's family) I am worried because although it's not life threatening, it requires surgery for the baby. Fingers crossed that everything will be okay.

 | Comment from pbc910 » Posted Sep. 23, 2015 10:30am You would think doctors would be used to patients wanting to know the sex of the baby. That's the first thing they did at my level 2 scan, well the first question the tech asked - if we wanted to know. YES!!!! |
