Having faith...Week 9

How long can one week be? Really counting down to the end of this first trimester and praying I stop feeling so shitty.
Was finally able to get some fruits down so no needles or IV this week. I just hope it gets better and stays better. Lost 10 kg in all and I believe its not such a bad thing as I was slightly overweight before.
Still trying to decide the best hospital to use as I'm not going back to the one where I had my MC.
Having some kinda pains in my pelvic region, just at the joint of my right leg. I feel it might be too early to have round ligament pains but what do I know? So far it's just intermittent, mostly when I move, I'm OK.
I'm trying to get a Doppler so I can hear the heartbeat soon. My DH had a dream where I had twins and i had the same dream, so fingers crossed.!
