dont feel like doing anything.

sore neck and tension between my shoulders is driving me nuts. its on and off all day for the past 3 days. its there for 3 hours then gone for 1. today it has been there all day and has been gradually getting worse. in need of a neck massage. and of coarse its on a day we had planned to have my DD's friend over for supper. i have no ambition to do anything today except sit at the computer but that it making my neck sorer.
