Well... its a boy!!!
we did a gender reveal on the 19th and that was so much fun. i do have some gender disappointment because i was really hoping to have a girl since my last two were boys... this will most likely be my last baby.. but a boy it will be!!
I am thinking i have an anterior placenta because here we are at 20 weeks and i am BARELY feeling any movement. if im really still and lie down i can feel some kicks.. but with all of my previous pregnancies i was able to feel movement much sooner than this.. ugh.
I am highly considering a home birth this time with concurrent care from my hospital midwife as well. the only thing that has not put me all the way on board is the cost factor .. ins will pay 100% of our hospital birth but probably zero of a home birth with a CPM.. we do not have any CNMs where i am that service my area.
I am also not sure if i want to opt out of the hospital care we get after birth.. i know its weird but i like the hospital stay after birth... i am sure i will like staying in my own home better but im not sure..
anywho. will update in a few weeks or so. anatomy scan is delayed as they are booked up so that wont be until 24 weeks. ugh again..
