Feeling so confused

So on the 2nd of Jan I did a pregnancy test and it came back positive ( test line darker then the control line) Then not even 6 hours later started to bleed and pass clots. this all stopped after 24 hours on the 3rd Jan. not a spot or anything at all. I firstly have no idea how far along I am as I have been on birth control pills and never missed or skipped one at all. I also lost a fallopian tube left side. So I worked out anything between 7-16 weeks. A very long range I know. I have only an opening to see the dr on the 17th Jan. which is 10 days away. After the big bleed I though my symptoms would go away but they have been increasingly getting stronger. I know that not all bleeding means mc but for me it always did.
I noticed an increase in tiredness end November and got worse in December and I thought it was from donating blood.
I did have some light spotting that I assumed was my period but that would make me laugh as I think of it now. it was not even enough for a pad in 24 hours and that is how long it lasted.
symptoms so far
*tiredness
*pronounced viens
* breast tenderness
* nausea ( started 3 days ago)
*constipation
*acne breakout in December
* bladder issues
* early morning wake up
* heart palpatations
Let's hope for the best in all this. even if I did mc I need to know if it was complete or not.
