How I'm Feeling

This is the fourth positive this year after two chemical pregnancies and an early miscarriage (7wks gestation). I'm having a hard time knowing how to feel. I want to be excited and don't want to miss out on my journey. But at the same time, part of me assumes this one will end in miscarriage or stillbirth (because of hypothyroid.) The best I can do is take it one day at a time and be thankful for each day I'm pregnant.
