First sonogram

This weekend I started bleeding. It was heavy spotting Sunday, light Monday afternoon, and very heavy (red blood) Tusday morning. My levels came back from Monday's labs yesterday. My HCG was good at 5227, but my progesterone had dropped to 7.56. My OB sent in progesterone for me and after starting last night, I have not spotted. She wanted to see me before the weekend given the bleeding, so I went in today. The gestational sac was there along with a cyst on my ovary (which she said was filled with hormones and sustaining my pregnancy with the help of the progesterone. The sac measured at 5 weeks 4 days and she was very happy with that. She doesn't believe I will miscarry this weekend. I am very grateful for that.
