Spotting :(

Overall I have had a good day. That is until the end of the day when I got a migraine, intestinal cramping and a severely stuffy nose. When straining to go to the bathroom, I started spotting. Now I have more cramping and lower back cramping as well. I don't have the anxiety that usually accompanies something like this, but am at peace and pretty sure that the baby is okay. I called the ob and am on bedrest for the night until my newly scheduled appointment at 8:30 tomorrow morning. All day I've been thinking it's Friday, but am so grateful that it's Thursday so they can see me tomorrow.
At my appointment with maternal fetal medicine Tuesday, baby seemed to be doing well, and was measuring a few days ahead as baby was measuring 13 weeks and I was 12 weeks 4 days. Baby was moving some, but not nearly as active as the boys were. The ultrasound tech kept talking about a girl. We won't know until the third week of November, though. I will say, if it is a boy, he didn't flash us like the other two did. Everyone I know except one of my brother-in-laws and my nephew (and my husband and boys) say it's a girl. I don't know what to think, so I will just wait and see. I just pray that the baby is healthy and cozy.
