Spotted last night, nearly fainted...

I got up to pee last night with a very full bladder, and I had a little bright red spotting when I wiped. Since my last pregnancy ended in MC in May at 8 wk, I basically panicked. I literally felt all the blood rush out of my head. I had to squat down a couple times on my way back to the bed so I didn't pass out.
I've been having the same pain in what feels like where my ovary is on the same side as I did the entire pregnancy last time. I continued to have the pain during my period after the miscarriage. Maybe it's nothing. I'll call the doc tomorrow and let them know. :(
