All day nausea and exhaustion 6w1d

The tiny bit of energy I have is being all used up trying not to vomit all day. I'm having a real hard time working. I've left early a lot. Worried I won't have any leave left when baby comes. So I guess I'm a little emotional too, lol. First ultrasound is next week, and it's the only thing keeping me going.

Comment from rachie1 » Posted Jan. 3, 2018 1:02am I'll be mentioning it tomorrow during my appointment with the nurse practitioner. I'm not throwing up, but I'm one of these types that would rather die than vomit, and if this is going to last more than a few weeks, I'm gonna need something!! Tried all the tricks, but nothing really has worked well. Thank you for the encouragement!!! | |
Comment from alymarie6388 » Posted Dec. 29, 2017 8:07am Sweetie, if you're that miserable, please try to get some medication. I was lucky enough to be able to work from home through my intense morning sickness...that at 18+3 I still take medication for. Zofran and Phenergen are life savers. I tried EVERYTHING, every trick and hack to try and curb mine without meds but in the end, couldn't eat, lost 25+lbs, and finally gave in and got meds. The meds are the only way I can eat at all. I really hope you feel better soon. <3 |
