Ok so the vomitting continues to get worse.....
I've tried many different foods Cheese and crackers seam to calm the vomitting, eating small and often in general helps, but there are some days nothing stays down!! It does get me quite angry when i have to miss out on things because i literaly cannot stop vomitting and dry heaving when there is nothing left.
The things that trigger it..
Sleeping in, going longer than 1.5hrs without food, smells, car motion, heat, oh and people's perfums!! some times sweet food and fruit and vegetables come straight back out.
For now i'm ok, i can handle this but if it carries on i will contact the midwife and get somthing to stop this dreadful symtpom of pregnancy!!!
Things i'm gonna try tomorrow, vicks under the nose for the smells, i'm a hairdresser, therefore anything will set me off, like one women washed her hair with emperial soap, normally I would'nt have minded but that set me off.
I do feel for the hubby he does nothing right when i'm at the most sickest!!
Oh well thats enough venting for today I hope the other mums are not going thru too much morning sickness!
