So, here we are on this journey again! I'm about a week late for my period. I have had very sore boobs and cramping, so I knew what it had to be. I mustered up the courage and took a test; it was positive! I'm cautiously optimistic, though, because I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in June 2012. Last time, I took a test at just a couple of days past my missed period, and that same day I started spotting. So far, we have none of that. I was scared to take the test because I didn't want to jinx anything, but I wanted to know for sure. I could have sworn that I was about to start my period. I had all the cramping and other symptoms that normally come pre menstrual. So, this time we aren't telling anyone until we have to. I want to at least make it past the 7 weeks this time, probably until 12 weeks or so. Otherwise, I feel fine. I'm tired and have the occassional cramp in my belly, but nothing painful. I'm excited! It only took us four cycles this time, although it has seemed like many many more. Good luck to everyone else!
