What a weekend!

First of all, happy 20 weeks to me today! I am officially half way done. I canâ??t believe it already; it doesnâ??t seem real! After work on Friday night we had our mid-pregnancy ultrasound. That really put everything into perspective. It was so neat and comforting to see little baby in there moving around and growing and having all the necessary organs. The ultrasound tech said that I have an anterior placenta, so thatâ??s probably why I havenâ??t felt the baby move yet. I do feel things sometimes, but Iâ??m really not sure what Iâ??m supposed to be feeling. At least I know itâ??s in there moving around. We didnâ??t find out the gender. I feel that there are so few surprises in life anymore, and I wanted this to be one of them. So the long wait begins!
Thatâ??s when the fun began. I got home and was SO sick. It hit me out of nowhere. It actually started right before I left work. I threw up and didnâ??t feel good. I made it through the ultrasound fine, but once we were home I was throwing up every hour all through the night. The all day Saturday It was on the dot every two hours. I canâ??t keep anything down and have no appetite what so ever! Iâ??m miserable and feel like Iâ??m dying. Iâ??ve done everything I can do get whatever fluids to stay in that I can. Itâ??s a very unhealthy way to lose 7lbs though. Iâ??m feeling a little better this morning. I didnâ??t throw up at all last night. My stomach is still a little queasy and I have no interest in eating.
