Half way thru my 1st Trimester!!

So today i feel like i want to cry, i never thought that i was gonna be blessed to be a mother its what i have wanted since ever. I just sometimes cant help but worry about things, like how i should sleep or is this normal, i am just happy that i can say iam pregnant, and all iam hoping for is a healthy, full term baby
