Ultrasound Nirvana

I finally get it. I've probably seen a thousand ultrasound images in my life -- and that doesn't count the ones you see everyday posted on Facebook -- and I've always had the same exact response. I've squinted at the grainy picture and thought, "Okay. That's definitely human." I've never gotten excited and they always look the same. Well, until yesterday.
Yesterday I had to have an ultrasound done to check on an ovarian cyst and so I got an early glimpse. It's been more than 30 hours and I haven't come down yet! It is the most precious thing I've ever seen. So, I get it. It's definitely human and it's MY little human.

I'm guessing not because you didn't post it... I'm not expecting to find this out today, but it would be an added bonus! |
