My worst fears came true

I had my scan today, nugget stopped growing at about 6 weeks. The doctor expects me to mc soon.
I havent had any more bleeding ( other than some brown cm this morning when I had to strain going to the loo) but have started to cramp, they are getting steadily worse. i feel so low, like somehow its my fault, but i dont know what I did wrong.
I want to try again but dont know if I can take this pain anymore.
