We don't normally get ultrasounds in my area until we are 20 weeks. Unfortunately though, my husband and I opted for genetic screening and my results came back very alarming for my age (27). They wanted to do an ultrasound at that point to look at Nuchal Translucency. The ultrasound ended up being perfect thank goodness, with a measurement of 1.6. They say this factors in and lowers our chances. We were excited to get an early peak at our little one :)
