Okay, so here is the thing.... you have now mentioned 5 people (its okay... im not judging...) but i think for you to be certain, you need to have the following people tested: Malcom, Dexter, JJ and the 2 people you had a threesome with. I'd start with JJ because emotionally you WANT him to be the father. If he is not, move on to the 2 people you had the 3some with and then Malcom, lastly, test Dexter.

Paternity tests are expensive. You can petition the court for paternity testing, and you can have your local "Legal Self Help Center" help you fill out the paperwork for free. You will have to file the paperwork for the paternity test for every potential father separately.

If you live in Fairfax County (let's say), you search google for: Fairfax County Legal Aid or Fairfax County Self Help Center.

Make sure it is the free services center. They will direct you to the forms. If they tell you there will be a filing fee, ask for a FEE WAIVER. Good luck.

If you are going to sleep with more than one person around the same time the only way will be a paternity test. Trying to guess dates isn't going to help the situation.

Thank you so much that helped I wanted to mention something but I don't wanna be judged around November 29 the day it said my baby was conceived I got tipsy and I had a three some with two of my closet friends. They wore a condom though and my best friend knows when he cums he never came in me before we had a talk about this and he said they both wore condoms. But then again I did something stupid and went to sleep at our friends Malcolm's house I had sex with him to big mistake now i'm just worried and feel like crying because I never wanted to be in this place ever and really want JJ to be the father.

I'm a week AHEAD of you at 32 weeks, that's why I mentioned the dates. If I conceived on November 22nd (which was at the beginning of Thanksgiving week), you likely conceived a week LATER than I did since you are only 31 weeks. I just wanted to give you something to COMPARE it to. You must have had sex with someone around the end of November because that is the likely time you would have conceived IF you are 31 weeks. As mentioned, sperm lives for 3-5 days inside of you. So you might have had sex during Thanksgiving week but your egg didn't release until a few days later which became fertilized days after you had sex. You did not get pregnant in October (especially since your last period was November 15th, you wouldn't have had a period in November if you got pregnant in October).

You are just going to have to wait and do a paternity test once the baby is born. Because it's not the sex you had around Christmas OR the October sex....it's November. GL!

Ok I'm not sure if me and JJ had sex in the beginning of November because he was living with me but he moved and he left around the beginning of November I believe because he was still at my house after Halloween and towards the end of October we had sex. Dexter can't be the father because I didn't have sex with him till a few days after Christmas which I was already a month pregnant. We had sex for like 3 mins not that long because I didn't want to do it with him. When we was together I never had sex with him because I didn't know him that well. Me and JJ always had sex I just can't remember the last time we had sex according to him the last time we had sex was October I was birth control at the time and JJ never wore a condom. I didn't find out I was pregnant till March I took a pregnancy test and it said it was positive the next day my doctor told me I was 4 to 5 months pregnant. I never knew my period date until i went on some website and it told me my perioddate and ovulation date

I conceived at the end of October and I am 36 weeks, so you being 31 weeks you wouldn't have gotten pregnant in October.

If you had sex with Dexter in mid November, and broke up before Thanksgiving.... Dexter is most likely the father.

If you had sex with JJ in October... he is not the father, unless you are actually 35 weeks pregnant (unlikely)

No.... not Nov 24 OR Dec 6..... anytime between Nov 24 to Dec. 6. (and all the days in between).

It's possible for some women to ovulate immediately after their period too, so honestly, you could have conceived anytime between Nov 15- Dec 6.

I assume you're pregnancy has been "dated" which means your doctor believes because of ultrasound measurements that your fetus is *around* 31 weeks.

So it's very unlikely, your baby was conceived before Nov. 15, and it's extremely unlikely the baby was conceived after Dec. 6.

Again, whomever you had sex with anytime between Nov. 15 until Dec 6 is the father.

Thank you but I got more confused lol because I never had sex November 24 or December 6th I got with my ex Dexter in November and we didnt date for that long we dated for like a week we broke up by thanksgiving and we hardly hung out. And I never thought about having sex with him because it was to soon and I was still in love with JJ the guy I beleive is the father.
